Delivery

Delivery costs are set out as below:

Taster Packs = £1.99

Mega Packs = £3.99

Multiple Packs up to 1kg = £3.99

 

All parcels over 1kg are sent on a 24 hour service

Multiple Packs up to 2kg = £5.99

Multiple Packs up to 15kg = £6.99

 

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of your order being placed but it is usually dispatched within 24 hours.

Orders placed before 12pm noon will usually be dispatched the same day.

Our standard delivery is made by Royal Mail 1st Class and is usually made within 2 working days. For next day delivery this will be made by Royal Mail 24 hour or for larger parcels we use Hermes 24 hour.

 

 

Returns & Refunds

In line with the UK Consumer Rights Act, as all the items on our website are food or drink, we cannot allow any returns.

All our items are sent out sealed and well packaged and will arrive as such.
